Dried/ Broken Organic Senna Leaves
Senna Leaves are specially sourced from the Blessed City of Madinah in Saudi Arabia.
PLEASE NOTE: As this is Unrefined it will include small sticks and seeds. The leaves will be broken and not whole as it is dried and will include powdered leaves. (We always send more than the specified weight to make up for stick and seeds which may be present in the bag. Thank you.
Senna is a herbal medicine made from the leaves. The most common application for senna leaves is to stimulate bowel movements and alleviate constipation.
Instruction:
Take a small number of senna leaves and put them into a small filter on top of a teacup or you can leave the leaves if you prefer. Then pour hot/warm kettle water over the leaves. and take three sips at a time until you have finish drinking.
