Payment

We accept all major credit and debit card payments. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay and Andriod Pay via stripe payment gateway.

All payments made by credit or debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuing authority. Palestine Souk shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery resulting from failure or refusal by your payment card issuer to authorise payment to us for any reason.

By paying on the Palestine Souk website using a credit or debit card, you confirm that the card used belongs to you or you are the authorised person to use it.

The Palestine Souk reserves the right to change any of the prices of the products without prior notice to any of its customers. All product prices are true at the time orders are placed in the checkout basket and paid. The total costs you will be charged is the price of the product/s at the time of checkout including VAT (when applicable). The costs will also include delivery charges (if any), which will also be calculated at checkout. 

Shipping

All products sold on Palestine Souk website will have automatically pre-set shipping charges. The cost for shipping, if any, will be calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.

The average delivery time varies according to the shipping destination. However, items dispatched from our UK store and delivered within the UK are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days on weekdays and are delivered within 3-7 business days, unless otherwise stated. Items dispatched for international shipping may take longer to deliver (may take up to 5-30 days depending on your local custom). Therefore your order may arrive in several packages.

Subject to availability, you have the right to select the time and speed of delivery service. However, Palestine Souk reserves the right to select the best shipping service provider that meets the customer’s selected delivery speed.

Once the item is dispatched from our store, we’ll send a dispatch notification email. This email may include the tracking number or proof of postage and a delivery date when available. You can use the tracking number in order to track your package with the shipping service provider.
