Harvested from the hives placed in the fields of golden yellow ray flowers, Sunflower Honey may be one of the few most underestimated honey varietals in the world of raw honey.
This particular honey is very refreshing. It tastes slightly floral accompanied by fruity notes. Like other types of honey, very sweet, but not overwhelmingly sweet and it does not have a strong acidic aftertaste. The odour is pleasant and fairly neutral as well. Thus making it very easy to consume by itself.
